Weekly leader
Once a week the paper publishes a leader: one argument about how the foreign press has framed China, drawn only from dispatches already filed that week.
It is opinion, signed as an editorial, and it names the outlets it is answering. It is not a second news report, and it does not take a line of the paper's own on sovereignty.
The first leader appears after the daily edition has been publishing for a week.
